Research & Ideation

It starts with the user and a business problem. I help clients prioritize requirements by performing competitive research and user interviews to identify target users and scenarios.

At this stage, we think big and and choose between high level solutions based on risk, technical constraints, projected timelines, and more.

Core Design & User Flows

Using wireframes allows us to explore ideas, pivot, and illustrate core concepts quickly before going into detail.

Connecting them into flows and walkthroughs allows us to simulate users' journeys through the most important scenarios, ensuring that their experience is smooth.
